Q: Can you tell me a little about your process? A: My jewelry consists of original art transferred onto semi-transparent plastic and coated with a protective finish. Wood pendants are created using an acetone transfer and finished with semigloss acrylic polyurethane. As each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, size or shape. Q: How should I care for my jewelry? A: These pieces are water resistant but not waterproof, so please avoid showering or swimming in them. Other than that they should require no extraordinary care. Please keep in mind that the some of the jewelry components are small and may pose a risk to young children. Q: Do you do custom work? A: From time to time I get a request for an image or design that is special to someone. If there is a particular theme or color scheme you are interested in, contact me. I will do my best to accommodate you for a small additional fee. Q: What are my payment options? A: All transactions on this site are processed through PayPal. You do not have to create a PayPal account, and you can use any major credit or debit card to pay. If you already have a PayPal account, you can login when you are redirected from this site. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact me prior to ordering to make arrangements. Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: Most pieces will ship in one to two business days. In an effort to keep costs low, items are sent USPS first class and generally arrive 2 to 3 business days from date shipped. If something that you are interested in is sold out, please contact me and I will email you when it becomes available. Items are usually restocked within a couple of weeks. Buying a gift and short on time? I'll enclose a gift tag with your personal message so your present can be mailed directly to the receiver. There is no charge for this service. Simply enter their address in the alternate ship to, and put their name and your message in the comment box. Q: What are your shipping and handling costs? A: $3.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional. Orders over $75 ship free. Q: Do I pay sales tax on my purchases? A: New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If I am not collecting your taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. Q: What is your return policy? A: I want everyone who purchases a piece to be completely satisfied with it. If for some reason you are not, please contact me. I will except returns in their original packaging within 14 days of order receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please don’t hesitate to ask. Q: What is your privacy policy? A: All personal information will remain strictly confidential and never be shared with a third party unless required by law. Your payment information is collected and processed by PayPal, which provides an easy and safe way to purchase products online. A: If you located in the Philly area, I’d love to provide you and your friends with a personal shopping experience. Simply contact me about a date and location. I will provide postcard invitations, or you can send an email or evite if you prefer. A typical show is usually 2 to 3 hours and can be in the evening or on a weekend. The host generally provides light refreshments, although they are not required. As the host, you will receive 30% off your purchase as well as an additional 10% of the total sales in merchandise of your choice. Your invitations will also include a code to use on the website for invitees who can’t make it to the show. Any sales generated from the site using the provided code will be added to your show’s total sales as well. Q: Do you offer wholesale opportunities? A: Retailers interested in carrying Sincerely Sheri designs can register for a wholesale account by filling out the form linked below. Once you have been approved, you will receive an email containing a line sheet, order form, and wholesale terms.
